3 broad jumps
6 burpees
12 mountain climbers
50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter pocket kickers
FOCUS:
Hang power clean – focus on keeping arms straight during dip and extension
WORKOUT:
AMRAP in 8:00
8 hang power cleans, 5#-15# dumbbells
8 weighted walking lunges
8 weighted box step-ups
CHALLENGE:
Handstand holds and walks
