WARM-UP:

15 squats
20 mountain climbers
25 jumping jacks
100-meter run
FOCUS:
Deadlift – moving the hips to achieve setup
GET READY:
2x
10 PVC good mornings
10 walking lunges
WORKOUT:
6 rounds
6 kettlebell deadlifts (reset and practice setup each rep)
6 burpees
6 pull-ups or ring rows
SKILL:
3x
1:00 plank
10 unweighted teapots each side
10 sit-ups
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – foam roll hamstrings
1:00 each side – banded hamstring stretch
