WARM-UP:

Bear crawl square
10 dumbbell shoulder presses
1:00 bike, legs only

CONDITIONING:
Death by 2 hillbilly prowler pushes and box jump-overs
Prowler pushes stay constant at 2 every minute; box jump-overs start at 1 rep and increase by 1 rep each minute until failure
