FOCUS:
Jump rope – Practice singles and try double-unders
GET READY:

1:00 – lower back stretch (flat on back bring feet together and as far overhead as possible)
CONDITIONING:

50-meter run
1:00 – jump rope
2:00 – mountain climbers
1:00 box squats
