10 single leg side to side hops (each leg) 

10 broad jumps 

50ft bear crawl 

10 scap push-ups 

10 arm circles (forward and backward) 

100m run forward 

100m backpedal 

50m side shuffle (each side) 

 

PRACTICE: 

5x: 

100m shuttle sprint (25m out and back twice) 

10 dumbbell front rack lunges 

10 lateral box jump overs 

10 supine ring rows 

 

PLAY: 

3 x 

Max distance farmers carry in 1 minute 

Rest 60 seconds 

Max distance bearhug carry (medicine ball)  in 1 minute 

Rest 60 seconds
