A Brand X Method Preschool Workout

Skill:
Follow the leader
Warm-Up:
CFK Bowling – 3 squats then throw a medicine ball to knock over cones
Workout:
Mat Mountain – Beginning with one crash mat or similar soft object, children perform one squat then climb over the “mountain.” Once on the other side, they choose another mat to add to the mountain.
Game:
Swing from ropes onto Mat Mountain
