15-30 seconds in the bottom of the squat => handstand hold/attempt => handstand walk or bear crawl
Forward roll => 3 broad jumps
200-meter run

FOCUS:
Squat – focus on hip mechanics

GET READY:
2x
10 Cossacks
10 blocked squats

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 10:00
10 squats
10 knees-to-elbows
4 x 25-meter shuttle run

SKILL:
2x
50 barefoot one-legged hops, each leg
20 sit-ups

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – calf smash/stretch
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
