10-meter bear crawl square
10 Cossacks => 30 seconds in the bottom of the squat

FOCUS:
Push-up – focus on perfect plank throughout movement

GET READY:
2x
10 power ball shots
10 light dumbbell shoulder presses w/2-second hold at top

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 7:00-9:00
7 push-ups
14 mountain climbers
21 double-unders or tuck jumps

SKILL:
3x
1:00 plank
100-meter waiter’s carry

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 each side – banded bully
