CONDITIONING:

20 handstand push-ups per team
25 kettle bell swings each partner
30 knees-to-elbows per team
25 kettlebell swings each partner
20 dumbbell snatches each partner, alternate arms
2 x 10-meter wheelbarrow walks each partner
200-meter buddy carry (any way)
STRENGTH:
