Lunge – focus on maintaining midline stability while moving
GET READY:
1:00 each side – Spiderman stretch
10 Cossacks
10 inchworms
WORKOUT:
2 rounds
10 burpees
15 mountain climbers
20 lunges
25 double-unders or pogos
300-meter run
SKILL/CHALLENGE:

0:30-1:00 long plank
20 sit-ups
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – couch
1:00 each side – banded shoulder distraction
