Forward roll => bear crawl
Handstand hold/attempt => alligator crawl
Broad jump => crab walk
10 pogo jumps => 10 walking lunges
FOCUS:
Squat – focus on staying engaged throughout movement
WORKOUT:
3-5 x 3:00 rounds, rest 2:00 between each 3:00 round
