A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Blocked squats – feet together, knees out. Don’t worry about depth today. See who can freeze and hold the position for 15 seconds.
WARM-UP:
Skipping – teach and then practice. Have kids run or skip10 meters and throw a dodgeball to a bucket.
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 5:00-6:00
1 blocked squat
2 burpees
3 box step-ups
GAME:
As a group or in a racing format with teams, make a snowman from 3 hula hoops (body), 5 lacrosse balls (buttons and eyes), 2 PVC arms and 1 AbMat hat.
