WARM-UP:

30 seconds in the bottom of the squat
5 jumping squats
10 arm circles, forward/backward
10 PVC pass-throughs
2 wall walk-ups
100-meter run
FOCUS:
Hang power snatch – focus on dip and extension mechanics
WORKOUT:
AMRAP in 8:00
5 hang power snatches, PVC-15# barbell
10 burpees
4 x 10-meter side shuffle (encourage a low, athletic position)
CHALLENGE:
3x
30-second side plank, each side
10 toes-to-bar or hanging leg raises
