A Brand X Method Preschool Workout

Skill:
Toes on the line
(Run around crazy, when trainer yells freeze find a line to stand on)
Warm up:
Lilly pad jumps
(Jumping from 10# plate to the next)
Wod:
Under and over
(Go under a bench, 3 squats, go over a tire 3 squats. Amrap)
Game:
Lifeguard Test
Athletes lie with their hands by their sides, arms straight, at least 10 meters away from the balls.On “Go!” each athlete sprints to retrieve a ball or clamp, performs the predetermined exercise (e.g., squats, two spinning burpees, or three jumping jacks) and then returns it to the trainer (a bucket is helpful for collection).The last athlete back is removed from the game and becomes a helper, and one lacrosse ball or bar clamp is removed from play. The last athlete standing wins.
