25ft lunge with a hip stretch
50 jumping jacks
25 toe touches
10 mountainclimbers
Practice: Jumping and landing
Workout:
AMRAP in 6 mins rest 4 mins then repeat
10 burpees
5 broad jumps
25ft bearcrawl foward
25ft bear crawl backwards
Play:
5 x single leg hops for height on each side, rest as needed between sets
