50 ft walking lunge
50ft side shuffle
50ft side shuffle other side
50ft walking lunge
25ft broad jump
25ft sprint
then
20 arm circles
5 pushups
5 toe touches
Practice: burpee efficiency
Workout is TFL Test 1:
AMRAP IN 10 mins
10 Object (9”) facing burpees
10 Single leg lateral hops over 9 inch object right leg
10 Single leg lateral hops over 9 inch object left leg
***10-11 is a 4” object***
