FOCUS:
5 push-up to plank practice
1:00 spin with arms out

WARM-UP:
With music playing

CONDITIONING:
Create a mat mountain with gymnastic mats and soft pads like AbMats. Have kids hold a plank at entrance cone 5 meters from mat mountain, bear crawl to and over mat mountain, and do two push-ups at exit cone.
GAME:
Tarzan – Kids use a rope to swing across an obstacle (eg, a crashmat “river”).
