Broad jump – loading, jumping, landing mechanics

GET READY:

1:00 bottom of the squat

CONDITIONING:
5 rounds
15 squats => 3 max effort broad jumps

STRENGTH:
EMOM for 6:00
Strict pull-ups or attempts

MOBILITY:
