Partner 2: plank hold* until wall ball shots are completed
Intermediate
AMRAP in 16:00
Partner 1: 15 wall ball shots
Partner 2: plank hold* until wall ball shots are completed
Beginner
AMRAP in 12:00-16:00
Partner 1: 10-15 wall ball shots
Partner 2: plank hold* until wall ball shots are completed
* If plank is broken, both partners run 400 meters.
