10 walking lunges

STRENGTH:

10 single-leg deadlifts each leg, unloaded-10# dumbbell
10 skaters or skater progressions w/2-second hold
1:00 single-leg hops each leg

SKILL:
30-50 toes-to-bar or hanging leg lifts

MOBILITY:
1:00 calf smash and stretch each side
1:00 lacrosse ball feet
