A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Floppy and burpee – Floppy has no checkpoints for form; have kids lie face down with chest and legs fully on the ground and return to standing. With the burpee have kids attempt a push-up, then jump up and clap hands overhead as they return to standing.
WARM-UP:
3:00-5:00
10-meter sprint
1 floppy
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 5:00
In place:
3 blocked squats
3 floppies
10-meter bear crawl up and back
GAME:
Set up two sets of 3 cones with 2 meters between each cone and 10 meters between sets. One set is a start point. Place dodgeballs on top of the other set. On “go” kids do one floppy then race from start to retrieve a dodgeball, return with it, and sit down. Change buy-in exercise each round: 1 spin, 1 blocked squat, 1 push-up etc.
