WARM-UP:

1:00 – toes-to-bar or hanging leg lifts

FOCUS:
Overhead position – neutral spine

GET READY:
2x
15-second passive hang => 15-second active hang
30-second – bottom of the squat

WORKOUT:
5 rounds
1 rope climb
100-meter overhead dumbbell walk
10 burpees

SKILL:
3:00 – double-under practice

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – forearm smash
1:00 each side – wrist stretches
