CONDITIONING:
Death by 5 burpees and double-unders or tuck jumps
* Burpees remain constant at 5 reps, double-unders/tuck jumps start at 1 rep and increase by 1 rep every minute until failure.

5 x 200-meter ski sprint

MOBILITY:
