Red Light, Green Light w/barrel rolls and broad jumps
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 3:00 – Obstacle course
Cone 1: 3-second hollow hold position
Cone 2: 3 air squats
Cone 3: 3 presses, unloaded
GAME:
Target Practice – Kids spin around 3 times then attempt to toss a medicine ball in a bucket or similar container.
