A Brand X Method™ Preteen Workout

WARM-UP:
6:00
3 pull-ups or ring rows
6 push-ups
9 squats

PLAY:
Ninja Obstacle Course – set up random items around the gym and challenge kids to figure out how to cross the gym without touching the floor. If possible, incorporate climbing ropes, gymnastics ring, pull-up rig, etc.
