FOCUS:
Push-up – stabilizing the shoulders

GET READY:
2x
10 powerball shots
1:00 – plank

WORKOUT:
5 rounds
100-meter sprint => 10 push-ups
Rest 1:00

SKILL:
3x
30-second side plank, left => 30-second side plank, right
15-30-second hollow hold

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – triceps smash
1:00 each side – banded pec stretch
