WARM-UP:

Handstand hold/attempt => forward roll => alligator crawl => speed ladder
25 jumping jacks => 10 one-legged blocked hops, each leg => 2 one-legged broad jumps
50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter carioca
FOCUS:
Side shuffle – the athletic stance
GET READY:
2x
1:00 – bottom of the squat
50-meter sprint
WORKOUT:
2 x AMGMAP in 4:00, rest 2:00 in between
4 x 5-meter side shuffle
6 burpees
8 squats
SKILL:
3x
5-meter logroll => 1:00 plank on elbows
2-meter precision jump
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
1:00 each side – calf stretch
