A Brand X Method™ Preteen Workout

WARM-UP:
3x or 5:00
Handstand walk or alligator crawl => forward roll => speed ladder
3 cartwheels => 10 blocked hops => 10 one-legged hops, each leg
10 mountain climbers => 10 rockets => 100-meter run

FOCUS:
Plank – stabilizing the position

GET READY:
2x
5 hanging leg lifts
3 x 10-second hollow holds on ground

WORKOUT:
Not for time w/partner
5 rounds
10 rotational medicine ball tosses each side, each partner
10-meter wheelbarrow walk each partner

GAME:
Small-sided Hoover ball

MOBILITY:
1:00 – abdominal stretch
1:00 each side – triceps smash/stretch
