WARM-UP:
200-meter run => 25 jumping jacks
200-meter run => 20 mountain climbers
200-meter run => 15 squats
200-meter run => 10 burpees

FOCUS:
Kettlebell swing – hip hinge mechanics

GET READY:
2x
10 Cossacks
10 PVC good mornings

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 6:00
24 double-unders or blocked pogos
12 kettlebell swings

SKILL:
3x
1:00-2:00 plank
10 strict toes-to-bar or hanging leg lifts

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch
1:00 each side – calf smash and stretch
