GET READY:

10 blocked jumps onto a bumper plate
10 blocked squats

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 8:00
2 broad jumps
8 box jumps, 12”-24”
16 mountain climbers

SKILL:
3x
10 knees-to-elbows or best effort
10 straight-legged sit-ups
10 hollow rocks

MOBILITY:
2:00 each side – calf smash and stretch
