20 mountain climbers

20 blocked squats
200-meter run

FOCUS:
Box jump – jumping and landing mechanics

GET READY:
2x
10 blocked hops
10 Spiderman lunges

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 10:00-12:00
100-meter run
10 box jumps (focus on soft landing and proper mechanics)
10 incline push-ups

SKILL:
3x
30-second hollow hold => 5 hollow rocks
20 butterfly sit-ups

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
1:00 each side – calf smash/stretch
