5 blocked squats => 5 blocked hops => 3 broad jumps

GET READY:
1:00 – down dog
200-meter jog
WORKOUT:
3 x 800-meter sprints
Rest 3:00 in between
SKILL:
50 sit-ups
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – calf smash/stretch
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
