WARM-UP:

Handstand hold/attempt => forward roll => bear crawl => crab walk => 10 one-legged side-to-side hops each leg => 3 broad jumps => 200-meter run
FOCUS:
Push-up – focus on maintaining plank throughout movement
GET READY:
2x
10 T-planks
10 bandy triceps extensions
WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 8:00-10:00
100-meter run
10 standard or incline push-ups
2 wall walk-ups
SKILL:
3x
Accumulate 15-30 seconds in L-sit
1:00-2:00 plank on elbows
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – triceps stretch
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
