Bar games or bar play refer to grip work, hanging from a rig, monkey bars or pull-up type structure and practicing as many of the following movements as you can without dropping from the bar:spin 360, monkey hangs (forward and backward two handed swing in a fairly static position, without too much bending at the hip after generating the swing) monkey taps (remove one hand from bar and tap hip, switch hands and alternate)possum hangs (hands and legs are crossed over the bar) lateral movement along the bar, hand over hand lateral movement across the bar, atlas pull up, commando pull up, etc.
Please note we always recommend that you use use crash pads and spotters below as needed, as well as check grip status- size of hand in relation to the bar may determine if use of thumb is safer
