Foundational Movement: Box squat, thruster
Physical Literacy: Language/carrying
Plane of Movement: Transverse plane
Accessory Movement: Pogos, broad jumps, ring rows

A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
2x
100-meter run
10 slo-w-w-w-w-w thrusters in the air
3-5 pullups or progressions

FOCUS:
Kid President thruster

GET READY:
1:00 – frog stretch
1:00 each side – Samson stretch

CONDITIONING:
Note: need minimum of 2 balloons for each kid

AMGMAP  in 8:00
3 box squats
10 burpee box jump-overs
10-meter carry, alternate medicine ball or balloon (pop balloon after each carry)

GAME:
Plank wars and games using transverse plane – cross-hand clap, shake, thumb wrestle, pull, etc.
