A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

GET READY:

10-meter broad jump

GAME:
Tic Tac Toe – Create tic tac toe grid on ground. Divide class into two teams, one with AbMats and the other bean bags, and line them up behind a start cone up to 50 meters away. On “Go,” one member from each time sprints to the grid and places a marker in an open square, then sprints back to tag the next teammate in line who repeats the sprint. Once all markers are out on the grid, sprinters attempt to move a marker from its spot to an open square, trying to place their markers in a straight line for the win.
