WARM-UP:

Handstand hold/attempt => alligator crawl => forward roll => precision jump => 2 cartwheels => speed ladder => basic dot drill x 10 => 5 perfect squats => 30 seconds in the bottom of the squat => pigeon stretch

SKILL:
Burpee – safe positions

PREP:
5:00 – trainer lead mobility
2x
10 inchworms
5 push-ups

CONDITIONING:
How far can you go in 10:00?
Burpee broad jumps

SKILL:
As many ropes climbs as possible in 5:00
