WARM-UP:

Basic dot drill
50-meter sprint
Rest 30 seconds between

FOCUS:
Pogo – review progressions 1 and 2

GET READY:
1:00 each side – Spider-Man stretch
1:00 each side – 90-90 stretch

CONDITIONING:
3-5 rounds
1:00 – hillbilly prowler push
1:00 – box squats

GAME:
Team race format – Broad jump to cone => walking farmer’s carry back w/5#-8# dumbbells.
