FOCUS:
Squat – focus on maintaining upright torso
GET READY:

10 Cossacks
10 walking lunges
WORKOUT:
3 rounds
10 jumping squats
400-meter run
SKILL:
3x
10 blocked squats
5 tempo squats (tempo is 4 seconds in eccentric/down phase w/1-second holds at top and bottom)
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
1:00 each side – calf smash
