Monkey swings and monkey hangs on pull-up bars
FOCUS:
Carrying an object in front of you – discuss and practice good position with 4#-6# medicine balls
GET READY:
1:00 – leg swings
1:00 – arm swings
1:00 – airplanes
CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
w/4#-6# medicine balls
1:00 – carry medicine balls to and from buckets/overturned boxes 10-20 meters apart
1:00 – side shuffle w/medicine balls
1:00 – medicine ball deadlift
1:00 – hula hoop practice
GAME:
Relay races w/4#-6# medicine balls
