FOCUS:
Dip mechanics in a circle – emphasize knee travel to outside to touch neighbors’ knees

GET READY:
3:00 – downward dog

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
1 rope climb/or 3 beginner rope climbs
15 blocked squats
Sandbag deadlift => DSDS then carry sandbag around pumpkin, 10 meters each way

GAME:
Pumpkin bowling with water bottles as pins
