A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
Try rolling a large medicine ball at a smaller one to knock it toward a target (eg, bucket or cone)
FOCUS:
Dip-Squeeze-Drop-Stand (DSDS) conga line – Slowly on trainer count, alternating between dumbbells, 3#-5#; small Dynamini medicine balls, 4#-6#; 10# bumper plates; AbMats; pumpkins, etc.
GET READY:
25 shoulder circles each side
1:00 each side – threaded shoulder on all fours
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP
3 DSDS, 1#-8# dumbbells
6 push-ups
9 blocked squats
GAME:
Clean the Yard – Teams compete to place scattered equipment into hula hoops or buckets.
