A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
5 x 50-meter sprints
30-second rest as a group between
FOCUS:
Rope climbs – work on beginner rope climb w/plank from floor
GET READY:
1:00 each side – leg swings
1:00 each side – wrist stretches on floor, each direction
CONDITIONING:
3-4 rounds
Medicine ball roll toward a pumpkin in a hula hoop target (stage pumpkins in hula hoops 10 meters apart )
1:00 – frog stand or head stand practice
1:00 – burpees
1:00 – jump rope practice
GAME:
Safe While Moving – Use medium pumpkins at cones. Kids perform 5 hang power cleans then move to another cone. Standard rules of tag apply between cones. Kids must move from cone immediately after completing hang power cleans and are only safe while exercising at cone.
