TEST:
Max strict pull-ups
CONDITIONING:
Death by 10 meters
If you are out before 16 rounds –
EMOM until last kid finishes
First – 8 burpees
Second – 20 mountain climbers
MOBILITY:
Calf smash
Hamstring smash
Couch stretch
