A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
“Switch”
FOCUS:
Dip-Shrug-Drop-Stand (DSDS) – work on straight arms until you drop, then elbows up
GET READY:
30 seconds, each leg – hamstring on a box stretch using 3 angles (torso folded to the outside, middle and inside). Avoid turtle backs; keep chest up throughout the stretch
CONDITIONING:
3-station, 4#-6# medicine ball races
GAME:
Cargo net climbs
