FOCUS:
Push press – practice true overhead with bumper plates and AbMats keeping arms straight
GET READY:
1:00 – arm circles, forward and backward
1:00 – wrist stretch on floor, palms up
1:00 – wrist stretch on floor, palms down
CONDITIONING:
Tabata
4 x 20/10 intervals – blocked squats
4 x 20/10 intervals – push-ups
GAME:
Paintball Dodgeball – Traditional dodgeball with random barriers on each side for use as cover.
