GET READY:
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 – wrist stretch with palms up
1:00 – wrist stretch with palms down
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
5 wall ball shots, 4#-6# Dynamini, 6’-8’ target
10 push presses, unloaded-8# dumbbells
GAME:
Keep balloons in the air – Balloons can only be push pressed or thrustered up. If balloons are touched in any other way, player must perform 1:00 plank hold on sidelines.
