A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
5 x 50-meter sprints plus 5 broad jumps at the end of each sprint
FOCUS:
Push Press – practice basketball to wall with dodgeballs
Discuss what your knees do naturally when you throw to a high target
GET READY:
2:00 – seated hamstring stretch toward toes (focus on straight back and chest up while reaching)
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
Create three stations 20 meters apart in a triangle
Station 1 – 10 mountain climbers
Station 2 – 15 jumping jacks
Station 3 – Kick or throw dodgeball to bucket (or similar target) 5 meters away
GAME:
Spinning dodgeball
