WARM-UP:
Plank games –
1:00 – spin 360 races
1:00 – cross-hand claps
1:00 – alternate forearm to hands
1:00 – 3-point plank
FOCUS:
Press – practice AbMat presses; cue where you go to (bar path and shoulder engagement)
GET READY:
1:00 each side – reach over shoulder and behind back to touch other hand
1:00 – partner arm raises from behind
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
5 seated presses, 1#-10# dumbbell
5 box jumps
5 push-ups on box
GAME:
Tortoise and Hare Races – 10-meter bunny hops vs 7-meter lateral plank walks*
*Must maintain plank with minimal piking
