FOCUS:
Review hop, skip, and broad jump
-then-
2 x 1:00 – hop => skip => jump => 1-meter side shuffle
GET READY:
1:00 each side – roped hamstring stretch
1:00 each side – piriformis stretch
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00-10:00
10-meter bear crawl
3 burpees
Broad jump back => receive chalk mark on hand each round
GAME:
Pogo Circle – Players perform same number of reps of DSDS with dodgeball as the pogo jumper can complete (cap at 15 reps until last round for more active play).
